LUKE UPDATE!

Luke with his Foster Mother YESTERDAY!
We just got this e mail, and are dizzy with the excitement of info about Luke AND a picture! He has grown, but is still tiny in comparison with American babies. He tips the scales at 14 1/2 lbs. That's less than our cat! Granted our cat is a fat lardo, but still. We got some hints about his development, and personality and here are a few of the translations:
He can not take any steps (its those #$#@%$% braces!)
He sleeps in his own small bed.
He does not have a bath often, he does not like and will cry
He likes all kinds of toys
He likes to be held and hugged
He does not get fussy often and is easy to calm down
The foster family call him "Jun Jun"
After staring for about 2 hours at Luke, looked more carefully at his foster mom. She has such a kind and beautiful face. I love the way her hands look as she holds Luke. What a debt we owe her for loving our baby the first year of his life.
How long until we get him? 4 weeks- 6 weeks? AAGG must get him now!

Your son is darling! He is obviously very loved by his foster mother :)
Our son, Jude, had clubfoot and we are paperchasing another little boy with clubfoot also :)
Don't know what treatment plan you are planning on for his feet, but our son's feet turned out beautifully, following the Ponseti method. If you'd like, feel free to email me at chrisnstefanie@gmail.com
Blessings!

I agree -- she looks like a very kind woman somehow. Can't wait to meet you in China!
