Anyone who has been to Atlanta in the middle of April knows the torture of the pollen season. It not only makes the strongest person suffer from a scratchy throat, coughs and sneezes, but you can ACTUALLY see it blowing in the wind in yellow clouds like a locust plague. Poor Lilah woke up this am with swollen, crying eyes, and the sneezes. I don't think her little system has ever had to deal with this much pollen, since it is her first Spring in the US. But today was a very special morning, because we had a court date to get her naturalized and become a true US citizen! So off to the courthouse we went. Unfortunately, we had to deal with a long wait, a GRUMPY court clerk, and lots and lots of little sneezes and nose blowing. Here are a few pictures of our morning.
